When you sign up for a training package at Ronin, your first 2 weeks will be working the basics in a very small group for 6 classes. These class times are Monday 8.30-9.30pm, Wednesday 8.30-9.30pm and Friday 8-9pm. If you don’t complete the 6 classes in the 2 weeks you must wait until that class you missed comes up again in the next 2 weeks.
If these times don’t suit you, we can arrange a 1-1 elements course for €120 done to suit you over 2 weeks.
€130 per month for Unlimited training (€6.50 per class @ 5 classes per week)
€110 per month for 3 classes per week (€9 per class)
Note-Your training fees will be paid once a month by autopay. The default setting is 12 months but can be cancelled, hassle free at any time.

If Mobility/Flexibility is your biggest issue, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Please see the ‘ReActive NMT’ tab and arrange a consultation at our in-house Physical Therapy Center. This approach is unique to Ronin and as your Therapist will also be your Coach, you will get the results you need!

OPEN GYM TIMES
Not a lot of CrossFit gyms offer this service. At Ronin we believe it is a good time for members to hang out in a relaxed atmosphere and practice technique. These sessions are supervised but not Personal training times. If you require some 1 to 1 skill work we will book a Coach to facilitate your needs, please see the options above.
