1. Come to our free intro class (Saturday 12 – 1). Book it here, in the CrossFit classes tab. This is a free one hour consultation with one of our trainers, during which we will discuss your goals, explain a bit about CrossFit and give you a light introductory workout. This is not essential, if you know you want to start you can skip this step!
2. Sign up to a training package. Your first 2 weeks will be Elements classes. The times are as follows-Monday 8.30-9.30pm, Wednesday 8.30-9.30pm and Friday 8-9pm. If you miss any of the 6 classes you must wait until that class comes up again over the following 2 weeks. The 6 classes must be completed before you gain access to any of the main CrossFit classes.
3. Begin scaled CrossFit classes
After you have completed the elements course, you will be integrated into our regular CrossFit classes. Don’t worry, our trainers will be keeping a very close eye on you and every workout will be scaled down to your personal ability.
